2 Ways Property Investors Can Work With Us
1- Property Investment Accelerator
This type of investment is suitable for investors who want to have a fixed return on their invested capital and achieve much higher returns on their capital compared to high street banks savings accounts. This is easy to understand investment and is the preferred option of the majority of our investors.
This is usually done using loan agreement between the investor and our development company. We usually offer our investors 8-12% per year depending on the sum invested and the chosen duration of investment: Please see below

2- Property Portfolio Builder
This type of investment is more suitable for experienced property investors who are classed as High Networth Individuals or Sophisticated Investors according to the FCA 13/3 ruling.
How can you quality as a HNWI or Sophisticated investor?
- You confirm that you either:
• Have a net income in excess of £100,000 per annum or
• Have net assets in excess of £250,000 beyond your pension fund assets and your private residence
You confirm that have been one of the following:
• A director of a company turning over at least £1 million within the last two years
• Have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last two years• A member of a network or syndicate of business angels for at least six months
• Have worked in the past two years in a professional capacity in the private equity sector or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises.
This type of High Net Worth Individuals and sophisticated investors are offered the opportunity to enter in Joint Venture Agreement with our Development company. This is usually done by setting up new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company registered in Companies House in which the investors become shareholders and directors of the company.
The investors provide the capital needed for the purchase and development of a particular project and in return they receive a share of the profit.
Our development company is also major shareholder and director of the SPV.
Our duties are to find suitable property investments; obtain all nessesary planning permissions; project manage the whole building process and offer exit plan in the end of each projects.
The relationship, duties, obligations and profit share of all JV partners are described in details in a Joint venture agreement signed by all parties.
Typically we offer our current JV partners a profit share up to 50% of the net profit coming from the chosen property investment.
